What is holistic care?
The word “holistic” simply means addressing the whole person (hence our name Wholistic). It is a comprehensive view of health that considers multiple areas of a person’s life and examines how these areas work together to create a healthy person. This includes a person’s physical, emotional/mental, social, environmental, and spiritual health. Addressing the whole person in mind-body-spirit can bring out the healthiest, happiest version of ourselves.
